About Dr. Stackelhouse

Dr. Minda E. Stackelhouse is a passionate and visionary educational leader who has spent nearly three decades helping schools, educators, and students thrive. Her work spans both K–12 and higher education, where she has dedicated her career to building strong leadership teams, improving academic outcomes, and creating learning environments where everyone feels valued and supported. Minda has led with heart and purpose at every level of education. She guided one school to become the first Covey Lighthouse School on the West Coast, helped thousands of students earn early college credit through innovative dual enrollment programs, and coached countless school and district leaders to grow into confident, transformational leaders.
