How to report an emergency
Redlands/Marin Campuses
In a life threatening emergency:
- Call 9-1-1
- Call Public Safety at (909) 748-8888
When calling, provide the following information:
- State "This is an emergency."
- The nature of the emergency.
- Your name.
- Phone number from which you are calling.
- Your location.
Do not hang up until you are sure no further information is required, unless there is an immediate threat to your safety.
Woodbury Campus
In a life threatening emergency:

- Call Public Safety at (909) 748-8888

How to receive emergency alerts & information
UR Bulldog Alert
UR Bulldog Alert is an emergency notification service offered to University students and employees. It is used to send emergency alerts, notifications, and updates via voice, text, and/or e-mail messages. Students and employees can also add additional contacts to their user profiles so that a family member can also receive alerts. Call the Emergency Status Information toll free number (1-877-687-8300) or go to the Emergency Status Information web page for information regarding campus status updates in the event of an emergency.
